St. Louis on Brickell Key is a 31-story waterfront condo tower located on the quiet, private island of Brickell Key in Miami. Completed in 1995, it was developed by Swire Properties and designed by J. Scott Architecture. The building sits along the eastern side of the island, which is known for big, open views—many residences look out over Biscayne Bay, and from higher floors you can even catch views toward the Atlantic Ocean.
St. Louis is more on the boutique side compared to other towers on Brickell Key, with around 129–130 residences. Homes are generally spacious, with sizes roughly from 960 to 1,960 square feet. Inside, units are designed for comfort with features like walk-in closets, granite countertops, a private balcony, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
The amenities add to the easy, resort-style lifestyle. Residents enjoy 24-hour security, concierge and valet service, a swimming pool with a sunny sundeck, a gym, spa, a BBQ area, and a social room for gatherings. Overall, St. Louis is a great fit if you want waterfront views, a more private building feel, and the calm island lifestyle Brickell Key is known for—while still being minutes from Downtown Brickell.
