One Thousand Museum condos for sale

One Thousand Museum sits at 1000 Biscayne Boulevard in Miami’s Park West, right across from Museum Park. It’s the kind of building people recognize immediately—not because it’s tall (though it is), but because of its shape. The tower was designed by Zaha Hadid, and it looks more like a piece of modern sculpture than a typical high-rise. Completed in 2019, it rises 62 stories and has a very private feel since there are only 84 residences in the entire building.

The homes here are made for buyers who want space and privacy, not small condo living. The building includes four duplex townhouses, seventy half-floor residences, and ten full-floor penthouses. Even the “smaller” half-floor homes are huge, offering roughly 4,599 to 4,822 square feet inside, plus terraces. The townhouses are in the 8,060 to 8,102 square foot range, and the full-floor penthouses come in at about 9,910 square feet inside, plus outdoor space. In 2020, the building made headlines when David and Victoria Beckham bought one of the full-floor penthouses for $20 million.

Living at One Thousand Museum is set up to feel like a private resort. There’s over 30,000 square feet of amenities, but because the building has fewer than 100 residences, it never feels crowded. Owners have access to a resort-style pool and sun deck with bay views, plus a dramatic indoor aquatic center with an infinity-edge pool that opens out to an outdoor sun deck. The spa is also a major highlight, with steam and sauna rooms, plunge pools, treatment rooms, and a quiet relaxation lounge. For social time, there’s a sky lounge that works for casual hangouts or private events, and a private theater for movie nights.

One of the most talked-about features is the rooftop helipad, known as Miami’s first private helipad on a residential tower. Everyday services match the building’s level, with 24-hour security, valet and secured garage parking, and concierge support that can handle housekeeping, travel arrangements, deliveries, flowers, and event planning. There’s even a vault area with private safe deposit boxes for owners, which is a rare detail in a condo building.

Inside the residences, the layouts are open and flow from east to west, with 4 to 6 bedrooms depending on the home. Floor-to-ceiling glass is standard, and ceiling heights range from 10 to 20 feet, which makes the rooms feel bright and expansive. Terraces are generous, designed to actually be used, and many residences have sweeping bay and ocean views—some even include private pools. Kitchens are custom-designed by Italy’s Gatto Cucine and finished with high-end Gaggenau and Sub-Zero appliances. Homes also include Creston automation for lighting, climate, and other controls, plus carefully planned lighting by Kreon, customized by designer Uli Petzold. Finishes can vary, with premium flooring options and custom closets available.

Overall, One Thousand Museum is less about “another luxury condo” and more about owning a home inside a true Miami landmark—private, design-forward, and built for people who want something rare.
