Mosaic at Miami Beach is a luxury oceanfront condo that feels stylish without trying too hard. It’s around 20 stories tall and sits right on the beach, so the views are a big part of the experience—depending on the unit, you can see the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal, and even the Miami skyline. Built in 2006 by WCI Communities, the building gives off a modern, private vibe the moment you walk in.
It’s also not a huge building, which is why many people like it. Mosaic has only 84 residences total, including four oceanfront townhouse-style homes and three penthouses. Most condos are 2- to 4-bedroom layouts, generally ranging from about 1,350 to 3,500 sq. ft. A nice bonus is that many residences are flow-through, meaning you get terraces on both sides—ocean views on one side, and city/intracoastal views on the other. With only six residences per floor and many units offering private elevator access, it feels quieter and more exclusive than a typical high-rise.
Inside, the homes are designed to feel bright and open, with floor-to-ceiling windows that pull in natural light all day. Kitchens have a clean European-style look and usually include a chef-style island, which makes the space great for hosting or just having more room to move around. The overall style is sleek and “Miami”, but still comfortable for everyday living.
The amenities add to the resort feel. Residents have direct beach access, an oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi, private cabanas, a state-of-the-art fitness center, sauna, movie theater, and a social lounge. One of the most unique touches is the Sculpture Garden created by artist Joan Warren-Grady, which gives the building a calmer, more artistic feel. There’s also a business center, media room, plus 24-hour valet and concierge services to make daily life easier. And location-wise, you’re close to restaurants, shops, and galleries, with South Beach and Downtown Miami just a short drive away, along with easy access to both international airports.
