Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami is a new high-rise planned for 300 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33132. The project is being developed by PMG and Greybrook Realty Partners, and it’s meant to bring a true five-star, hotel-style way of living to Downtown Miami. Once finished, the tower is expected to stand around 1,049 feet tall with 100 stories, making it one of the most noticeable buildings on the skyline.

 

The design is a big reason this project gets so much attention. Led by Carlos Ott with Sieger Suarez Architects, the tower is planned as a stack of large glass cubes, each one slightly shifted, creating a bold, sculptural look. The building will be mixed-use, combining a Waldorf Astoria hotel (about 205 rooms) with around 360 condo residences, plus ground-floor retail.

 

Inside the residences, the style is meant to feel polished and calm, with interiors by BAMO. Homes include studios and 1- to 4-bedroom layouts, and many are planned to come fully finished and furnished. Expect private elevators, 10-foot ceilings in most residences, and floor-to-ceiling windows that highlight the bay and skyline views. Kitchens feature premium Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, while the bathrooms lean spa-like with high-end fixtures and sleek Italian finishes. The penthouse levels are planned to have 12-foot ceilings and the widest views.

Amenities are designed like a private resort in the sky. Residents will have signature Waldorf services like concierge, valet, and 24-hour staff, plus a spa, fitness center, private training studios, and a residents-only pool deck. There are also social spaces like an owners’ lounge, entertainment and game areas, and a private bar and wine tasting room, along with hotel-style dining options. A handy perk is the **Concierge Closet**, which makes deliveries easier—packages and service drop-offs can be handled right at your door.
