Monaco Yacht Club & Residences is a 12-story waterfront condominium coming to Miami Beach, designed by the world-known firm Arquitectonica, with interiors by Piero Lissoni. The whole concept is inspired by the French Riviera—elegant, glamorous, and very “yacht lifestyle,” with a modern Mediterranean look and feel.
This boutique building will have only 39 luxury homes (37 residences plus 2 half-floor penthouses), so it feels private and exclusive. Residences range from about 918 to 2,844 square feet, with 1- to 4-bedroom layouts. Every unit will be delivered fully finished and built to maximize the views, with large terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass that opens up to panoramic views of the ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami skyline. Corner units are especially impressive, offering wrap-around terraces and flow-through layouts that give you both east and west views.
Inside the homes, details are high-end but still clean and modern. Expect 10 to 11-foot ceilings, impact-resistant floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, and European wide-plank wood flooring by Arrigoni. Kitchens are by Boffi, designed by Lissoni, with Alpi wood veneer cabinetry, Corian stone countertops (white or grey), and Miele appliances. Bathrooms are spa-like, featuring frameless glass wet rooms with rain showers, a freestanding bathtub, marble flooring and walls, dual-sink vanities, and Fantini fixtures. Many residences also include large walk-in closets, outdoor electric grills, and select units may offer private elevators and foyers.
Amenities are built around luxury and waterfront living. The building features a double-height lobby inspired by the Côte d’Azur, a porte cochère for easy arrival, and a private marina with 12 boat slips. Residents also get exclusive beach access and a beautiful rooftop deck with a pool, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, shaded lounge areas, BBQ and dining space, and sweeping water and skyline views. Other perks include a high-tech fitness center curated by Lissoni, a residents’ lounge with a library and breakfast bar, plus secured assigned parking and guest parking.
Location is another plus—Monaco is close to the Design District, Wynwood, South Beach, and of course the white-sand beaches of Miami Beach. Overall, Monaco Yacht Club & Residences is made for buyers who want a smaller, more refined building with a true “Riviera-inspired” feel and the best of Miami right nearby.
