Mirador 1200 condos for sale

Mirador 1200, also known as Mirador North, is one of the two towers in the Mirador South Beach community, sitting right on Biscayne Bay in Miami Beach. The building was first built in 1965 as apartments, and later converted into condos in 2005. It’s a 17-story tower with 408 homes, offering a wide mix of layouts—from studios all the way up to 4-bedroom residences.

What really makes Mirador 1200 stand out is the setting. Since it’s on the bay, a lot of units look out over the water with views of Downtown Miami, cruise ships passing by, and even a peek of the ocean. And because of the direction the building faces, you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset views, which is not something every building can offer.

The residences range from 552 to 3,604 square feet, and the building has been getting updates too. Recently, Mirador 1200 added new glass railings and hurricane impact-resistant windows, giving the tower a cleaner, more modern look while also improving safety during storm season.

A couple of things to keep in mind: the units don’t include an in-unit washer and dryer, since the building uses shared laundry facilities. Also, most units don’t come with assigned parking, so many residents rely on the building’s parking and valet-style setup.

Amenities are focused on convenience and everyday comfort. You’ll find a pool, fitness center, business center, conference rooms, bike storage, and a grill area—plus helpful services like a concierge, doorman, and a secured, attended building. Overall, Mirador 1200 feels like a solid South Beach option if you want bayfront views, a central location, and a building that’s been refreshed over time.
