Two Tequesta Point is one of those Brickell Key buildings that instantly feels upscale and private, the moment you arrive. It sits on the northeast side of the island, right along Biscayne Bay, so you get that perfect mix of water views and the Miami skyline in the background. Built in 1999, this 40-story tower has 269 residences and is known for being a comfortable, quiet place to come home to—while still being just minutes from the action in Brickell.
Inside the condos, everything is designed to feel bright and open. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows bring in tons of natural light, and most units have a private balcony where you can actually enjoy the breeze and the view. You’ll also find everyday conveniences like an in-unit washer and dryer, which makes condo living feel a lot more practical.
The amenities are a big part of the lifestyle here. You’ve got a bayfront pool and jacuzzi that feel like a mini resort, plus a fully equipped fitness center when you want to stay active. If you like sports, there are racquetball courts, a tennis court, and even an indoor basketball court—which is pretty rare for a condo building. There’s also a BBQ area for weekends, a children’s playroom, and conference rooms if you ever need a space to work or meet.
And for peace of mind, the building offers 24-hour security, plus 24-hour concierge and valet parking, so everything feels smooth and secure. Overall, Two Tequesta Point is a great choice if you want waterfront island living with great amenities, strong security, and the city just a short ride away.
