Ten30 South Beach is the kind of place that feels more “private hideaway” than big condo tower. It’s a small, 3-story building with only 43 homes, right in the middle of South Beach—so you can walk to restaurants, shops, and Lincoln Road without needing to drive everywhere.
The condos are modern and thoughtfully finished. Inside you’ll see bright white porcelain tile floors, clean lighting, and a layout that feels easy to live in. The kitchens have that sleek Italian look, with quartz counters and Smart Samsung stainless-steel appliances. Bathrooms are also a standout—rain showers, deep soaking tubs, and stylish vanities with lighted mirrors make it feel a little like a spa at home. Every unit also comes with the practical stuff people actually want: a full-size washer and dryer, good storage (including walk-in closets), and a private terrace with nice city views.
Ten30 also leans into the “South Beach lifestyle” with its rooftop setup. There’s an infinity-edge pool, lounge chairs, a BBQ and dining area for hanging out with friends, plus an outdoor yoga space and even a small herb garden. The lobby feels curated and welcoming, with a 24-hour attendant, and the building has secured parking, storage for sports gear, and security cameras running 24/7.
Overall, Ten30 is a great option if you want something newer, stylish, and calm—without giving up the convenience of being right in the heart of South Beach.
