New bathroom sink, faucet & accessories, cabinet, mirror, lighting, shower head & faucet, down spout, and water closet (toilet)
Custom door trim
Custom baseboards
A/C unit complete tune-up and coil clean
We have receipts on all of the items that were purchased for the home

Kitchen cabinets and their appliances were already existing but in new condition - did not need to be replaced only the kitchen faucet (as mentioned above)

As far as the building goes - there is a special assessment being collected due to improvements on the building:
New hurricane windows
New roof
New elevator and safety system (alarms)
Painting of entire building
Parking lot - new paint
Plumbing system
Fire and smoke alarm system
Building passed its 40-year inspection as well

Assessments 408.57 and monthly Fee 164.73 Total 573.30 a month.
