Enclave on South Beach B104 for rent

Great condo in a beautiful Art Deco building in the highly coveted South of Fifth (South Pointe) area of Miami Beach. The unit has brand new laminate waterproof floor and new kitchen cabinets and appliances (electric stove w/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave). New impact windows. Laundry facilities in the building. Easy street parking. Walk to the the beach, boardwalk, restaurant and nightlife of South Beach while living in one of its most upscale and quietest sections. Please NOTE that building is going through some renovation, so there are some scaffolding covering the living area window of the apartment, which is why the asking rent is quite lower than the regular rent. Acceptable lease from 6 months to 1 year. No short term rentals. No pets
