The Meridian has a roof-top pool with lots of lounge chairs and hi top tables for relaxing and viewing the sunrises. Meridian is a secure building with fob access to the building and the garage. Unit 305 has 1 assigned garage parking space and 1 assigned outdoor space with plenty of guest parking as well.

150 association application fee per person and/or married couple and married couple must show proof of marriage. Refundable 500 move in deposit given back at the end of the lease. Non-refundable 500 dog fee.
Landlord requires Security deposit and all rent paid upfront for short term leases, 1st last and sec deposit for annual leases - plus a 200 exit cleaning fee taken from the sec dep. - If a dog, landlord will approve on a case by case basis and a pet fee will be charged by the landlord as well.
