Kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Cottage includes use of the owners pool. Cottage also has the option of a 3 stall barn and tack room. Stalls are an additional 450 pm. 4 paddocks and trailer parking on premises. No arena.

Tenant to pay for all equestrian expenses. 450 per stall per month additional rental.
