Trump Palace in Sunny Isles Beach is the kind of building that makes you feel like you’re on vacation—even on a normal Tuesday. It’s a tall, 55-story oceanfront tower right on Collins Avenue, finished in 2006, and it’s part of the Trump Grande community (three luxury towers sitting on the beach). Even with 278 residences, it still feels polished and upscale, not overly crowded.
The homes are made for people who love space and views. Many units have private elevator access, big walk-in closets, floor-to-ceiling glass, and wide terraces where you can actually sit outside and enjoy the breeze. Depending on the unit, you’ll be looking out at the Atlantic, the beach, the Intracoastal, and the Miami skyline—so the view never gets old.
The amenities are a big reason people love it here. The entrance is grand, with a gated entry, a two-story lobby, and valet parking at the porte-cochere. Outside, there’s a lagoon-style pool that’s temperature-controlled, two lap pools, Jacuzzis, waterfalls, and lots of lounge areas. If you want to stay active, there’s a tennis center and a large spa and fitness club (about 8,000 square feet) with modern equipment, saunas, steam rooms, and massage rooms—plus classes for cardio, strength, and relaxation.
What really gives it that resort feel is the service. You can get beach attendants, towels, chairs, and even food and drinks brought to you—so you’re not hauling stuff back and forth. Some of the services also feel very hotel-like, like room service, in-room massages, help with reservations, and even babysitting options.
Location is convenient too. Trump Palace is at 18101 Collins Avenue, close to everyday spots like Publix, and near places you can walk to like Timo Restaurant, Miami Juice, and Samson Oceanfront Park. By car, you’re about 7 minutes to Aventura Mall and 10 minutes to Bal Harbour Shops, with both Fort Lauderdale and Miami International airports within a reasonable drive.
