The King David is one of the newer condo buildings in Sunny Isles Beach, and it’s really close to the ocean—just a quick walk and you’re already at the beach. It’s also not a super huge building, so it feels quieter and more private compared to some of the bigger towers in the area. There are only 88 units total.
Most of the homes here are 2 or 3 bedrooms, and the sizes are pretty roomy, starting around 1,414 sq. ft. and going up to about 1,938 sq. ft. A lot of units have great Intracoastal views, and some also get a peek of the ocean, depending on the unit.
Inside, the condos have floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, so the spaces feel bright and open. The kitchens have European-style cabinets, and the units are set up for comfortable everyday living—air-conditioning, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, private bathrooms, and a balcony or terrace where you can sit outside.
For amenities, you’ve got the basics that actually matter: a heated pool, spa and Jacuzzi, massage rooms, a modern fitness center, and a business center. The building also has 24-hour valet, concierge, and security, which makes things more convenient and gives extra peace of mind.
It’s also a good fit for families. Sunny Isles is known for being safe and walkable, and there are lots of parks, playgrounds, picnic areas, and beach access nearby—with lifeguards and public restrooms, which is helpful if you have kids. Plus, if you like being on the water, boating and fishing are popular around the area too.
