This is a well maintained single home with a newer roof, newer A/C, handicap accessible master bath, freshly painted exterior and a large backyard....its also 5 minutes from the 95, turnpike and 15 minutes to the beach and Fort Lauderdale airport and 5 minutes to shopping and schools and no HOA...
